Job Fairs & On-Campus Recruiting

Job Fairs

There are generally several job fairs held in and around Chicago during the winter and spring months. There may be a small fee for job seekers to enter the job fair, and you may have to register in advance.

To be successful at a fair, you should:

  • Take a supply of resumes to the event.
  • Wear professional attire (a suit), but comfortable shoes (you'll probably be standing in lines most of the day).
  • Bring a snack and water. It can help you feel stronger physically during the day, which can improve your interviewing performance.

On-Campus Recruiting

Through the On-Campus Recruiting program, school and district officials come to DePaul to meet and interview students. Visit eRecruiting to get information about on-campus recruiting and to search for job vacancies.
