pool of students with strong work ethics, transferable skills and years of practical

in the National Association of Colleges and Employers' (NACE) Principles for Employment
Professionals, a subsection within NACE's Principles for Professional Conduct. To

In accordance with NACE's Principles for Professional Conduct, the Career Center
recommends employers give students a minimum of 3 weeks to return a decision on
a job offer.
All students participating in the On-Campus Interviewing Program are asked to abide
by ethical policies and guidelines. Students are exposed to these regulations through

We encourage employers participating in the On-Campus Interviewing Program to report
salary data and job offers extended to DePaul students. This data is reported to
NACE at the end of each academic quarter to help employers monitor salary levels
for recent graduates.
