Seven Steps to Hiring for On-Campus Work
- Create a
job description.
- Post the job on the
Campus Job Board.
- Students apply for job on the Campus Job Board.
- Interview
and select a student.
- Hire. (Follow–up with students who were not selected.)
- Prior to their start date, send the student to the Office of Student Employment
with a completed
SEAF and hiring paperwork.
- Review the Office of Student Employment’s Manager Resources section for tips on orientation, payroll and
more
