If you are moving out of the area and would like to use Career Services at another school, please fill out the "Reciprocity Application Form" located at the bottom and fax it to (312) 362-8565 or mail it in to:

Our office will process your form and send a letter of request to the indicated institution. We will also send you a copy of the letter of request. Once you receive this letter, you may contact the institution for further instructions.

Note: Reciprocity policies vary from school to school and it is usually not granted within the same state or with graduate level programs. Please check with the school you would like to visit for specific reciprocity policies.
